Using the app is extremely easy. The demonstrated videos are a huge help as well. I have been using this for a year now. Started with weightloss and am so incredibly proud of myself with how far I've come using and sticking to a strict meal plan and surprising myself with my own strength. The more I continue, I see myself becoming stronger mentally and physically. I lost weight and now I'm ready to sculpt the booty! @_justcallmejas_

First and foremost, the workouts and the couple that run/created the programs are fantastic! The right hand corner of the home program has an introduction explanation and warm up demonstrations. I would definitely recommend. The downfall is the inconsistency of the app. It's a little slow, the workout videos do not enlarge even though there's a option for it, and it crashes now and again. However, credit must be given to their customer service email response. It's been positive for me.

The goodfitness app is great. Its more than just the basics of fitness, gives great info about how to commit to a better healthier lifestyle. The app is easy to use and the first trial week is FREE!!!! So you know what your getting yourself into. Show luv, support and take advantage of everything it offers. Not many others would give away all this info before submitting a payment. @lavonniadianna

BEWARE! you just might not receive the full program after you purchase. I bought the BBP ( home & gym version) last week and i STILL don't have access to the program. The only availability that is provided is Day 1 of each version and that is it! I have reached out to the company numerous times and they claim it must be something "on my end". How? When the app literally is not giving me access to anything except Day 1! 80 bucks is alot of money to waste on nothing. Smh. Ridiculous

I love the workout plans, however the app itself leaves me wanting more. I wish there was more explanation for each exercise itself. Also, while using the app, if I accidentally turn my phone from portrait to landscape, it will completely exit out of the exercise program I was in which can be frustrating in the middle of a workout. The plans themselves are fantastic, so I'll continue using the app regardless. I'm hopeful that it will update as it ages.

Overall nice app. I wish it had the ability to record your sets, reps and weight amount used every week (not just suggested). This feature would greatly help. Also the video demonstrations sometimes don't play through, I have to keep clicking them to play them. I like that you're able to record your progress with photos within the app which can keep you accountable and truly demonstrate how far you've come along. I purchased the home/gym mom body program. Great workouts that will make you sweat and feel the burn. However, the app needs alot of work. Some comments on the exercises do not match up with what the video example shows. Often contradicting descriptions so you have to pick what you want to do. The app can also be slow loading and does not save your place if you accidentally exit. Good starting workout but again more effort can be made into the app itself, especially if we are paying for it.

I love the program and can feel myself getting stronger because of the workouts, however I wish the video was on a loop and you didn't have to restart it every time you want to watch it. My videos also stop playing/pause when the bar at the bottom goes away so I have to hold the "full screen" button to keep that from happening. @amberashley1229

I thought workouts were in 1 video to follow along with. Instead each move has a video. The videos are quick. So you have to watch the video,do the move stop. Scroll down to the next one watch that, then do the move. There are about 20 moves per workout. It's not a seamless workout, it's time consuming and some of the moves aren't explained well. I don't recommend this app for beginners. If you workout alot and know proper form then you probably know all these moves and can fly through them

Good videos but the description doesn't match some of the videos. The notes seem to be in the wrong location for the video so it's confusing if I'm doing the correct movement...or the correct reps. Week 1-4 is challenging if you are a beginner. I feel like I work out regularly but can't get 4 rounds in. So someone starting out will have a hard time and might be discouraged. I just do the best I can and feel like something is better than nothing. -bebee08

I really like the workouts but the app itself has issues. If my phone rotates the screen I'm automatically logged out. If I use the back arrow on my phone rather the one on the app, I'm automatically logged out. It's really to a point where I just write down the exercises I need to do for that specific day and just review the videos really quick if I'm not sure about an exercise because it's annoying to keep having to log in repeatedly during a workout.

Eloisa Leal Medrano

I love this app and work outs. I have never had an issue and it works perfectly. Exercisers are tough but great and do target the booty. I have read ppl say they are not ideal for beginners and I thought the same but after doing it for two weeks and pushing myself everyday I can feel the difference. You really gotta push yourself. Love the workout routines but the app needs improvents. A couple of changes should be: 1) when clicking out of the app (ex to open Spotify) the app shouldn't reset, which means that if I have started a workout and looked at the exercise I then shouldn't have to go through all the steps to open the workout again 2) it would be extremely useful to be able to check what day of the week we just performed to keep track better 3) also, there's a small glitch that's been logging me off pretty regularly

The app seems easy to navigate and I love that it includes different areas of support to achieve my goal (nutrition, motivation, blog, before/after pics). The only reason why I gave 4/5 stars is because it seems like you have to buy the programs right away and can't try them at first. @bi_bona_fide

Estefany Trujillo

Good app but it logs out during work outs. Some work outs say 3 30 sets on description but guy says to do 4 20 so you don't know which is correct. Also some titled say legs but video shows arms or vice versa. Also, camera should move around to look at the full position not just one angle. Its very frustrating for beginners because they dont see all the angles. And are doing the whole thing wrong.

Trixy Hauser

Great for learning consistency and developing motivation. It's a great app (and program) for those who need a constant visual understanding of workout moves. Every w/o has videos and explanations for each move. Only thing it's really lacking is an easier (one-screen glance) read of the daily workouts. Would make it easier for quick glances at next set while at the gym.

fitwife_21 this is seriously the best workout app ever. I have tried so many and qasnt seeing any progress. with this app I started to see progress the first month. and I'm on month 3 and I have gained about 10 pounds which is a huge plus as well because I'm the type of person who has the hardest time gaining weight. I love this app alot! it's truly amazing

A Google user

Very Practical!!!! I love the different services available through the app, like shopping, blog post, and even a Macro calculator (super handy)! My program is directly uploaded in the app, which makes finding my work out super convenient, not to mention the video tutorials that go with every exercise! Love it! 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼 (@Caliibaybreezii)

For a paid app, I definitely hoped for better. The videos are shot pretty basic, like someone using a quality phone camera. There is no sound to the videos, just written instructions which sometimes isn't spelt properly. It would be good to have a check box so when you finish a day, then it shows you've done that day. Now its upto you to remember which day you're on. Also considering you're paying, it would be good to have access to everything, not just one program.

Update: reached out to support and they are fixing the issue! The recent update looks great but the functionality is worse. The core guide links in the home mom body program do not work so I cannot access those workouts at all. Also the tool bar is behind the phone status bar so it cannot be used, maybe enable edge to edge support.
